FSD Transfers have an extensive working knowledge when it comes to transferring large numbers of delegates from Scotland’s airports and train stations to their chosen hotels or conference venues.
We work closely with Professional Conference Organisers (PCO’s), helping to arrange and manage your transportation requirements throughout Glasgow and Scotland. Our fleet comprises of Mercedes S-Class, Mercedes V-Class, Luxury 16 Seat Mini Coaches and Larger 49 Seat Coaches.
Our team of fully uniformed, trained and security vetted staff will ensure your delegates are met on arrival with a name-board of your choice, and escorted to their waiting vehicle.
For conferences and events our dedicated events team can project manage the transportation for your event if required and will work with you to ensure we have a full understanding of your requirements.
Our team track and monitor all incoming flights and work closely with the event coordinator to provide a seamless transportation service whatever the requirements are.
We are happy to review proposed delegate manifests and where apt suggest changes based on our experience and knowledge of the arriving flights and regular delays they encounter. We always strive to offer you the most cost-effective transfer solutions when proposing or amending delegate groupings, to ensure a balance of swift departures for delegates with a seamless transportation service for the event PCO.
