Glengoyne Whisky Distillery sits snug at the foot of the Campsie Hills, 14 miles north of Glasgow near Loch Lomond, where it distils and matures world-renowned Single Malt Whisky. Set in a hidden glen, next to a beautiful waterfall, Glengoyne is described as Scotland's most beautiful distillery.

We offer a warm welcome and a choice of fantastic private distillery tours, tastings and special experiences.

Our 'Malt Master' experience is perfect for incentive activity and can be booked for individuals or groups.   The experience starts with a private tour of the distillery - a chance for our Distillery Ambassadors to share their knowledge of our unhurried 'Glengoyne Way'.  Then it gets extra special - your guests will create their own single malt whisky in the Sample Room.  You cannot book this anywhere else in Scotland.  The Malt Master plays a crucial role in making Glengoyne, balancing the flavours from different casks.  In this experience, your guests will take on that role.   Displayed before them will be a selection of cask strength whiskies hand selected from the Glengoyne warehouse.   They'll taste and tinker their way to a unique cask strength, unchillfiltered Glengoyne Highland Single Malt.  Adding a little from a bourbon cask here, bringing out a touch more sherry wood there.  It's a one-off creation, presented in a 200ml Glengoyne bottle, boxed with a label and record of their unique recipe, ready to take home.
