In response to requests from local businesses, the highly successful Leading Service Excellence programme is being offered as a suite of 3 half-day workshops. These will run at two weekly intervals to allow participants to implement the learning within their business.

These workshops are aimed at managers, department heads and team leaders, helping them to inspire their teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Ideally, participants should have responsibility for several team members and within their remit a key responsibility for managing the customer service function. Ideal for all hospitality & tourism related businesses/organisations.
